Welcome to StatikQuo.
Before you can manage appointments online or via our digital assistant Kime, we need you to confirm the current patient and agreement documents once.
Once confirmed, your details will be saved with us. You will then receive a copy of the confirmed documents by email.

Please read the following documents

  • Fee & Pricing Agreement v1.0

Fee and Pricing Agreement – StatikQuo

    Version 1.0 – as of 08.10.2026

The following fees apply to treatments at the StatikQuo private practice:

    Time-based treatment

    30-minute treatment: €120.00

    60-minute treatment: €220.00

The agreed or booked treatment duration determines the fee charged.

Physiotherapy services with a private prescription

Private rates are 1.2 times the applicable Beihilfe maximum rates:

Physiotherapy (KG): Beihilfe rate €29.00 – private rate €34.80

Manual therapy (MT): Beihilfe rate €34.80 – Private rate €41.76

Classic massage therapy (KMT): Beihilfe rate €21.10 – Private rate €25.32

Exercise therapy using equipment (KGG), 60 minutes: Beihilfe rate €54.50 – Private rate €65.40

Electrotherapy: Beihilfe allowance €8.30 – private price €9.96

The stated Beihilfe maximum amounts are for guidance only. Actual reimbursement by private health insurance, a Beihilfe office or another payer depends on the individual insurance or Beihilfe entitlement.

The patient is responsible for paying the agreed fee, regardless of whether it is reimbursed in full or in part. Full or partial non-reimbursement by a payer does not affect the fee owed to StatikQuo.

Where the service provided qualifies as a VAT-exempt medical treatment for human health, it is invoiced without VAT in accordance with § 4 No. 14(a) UStG.

  • Terms & Cancellation Policy v1.0

Terms & Cancellation Policy – StatikQuo

    Version 1.0 – as of 08.10.2026

Appointments are reserved individually for each patient. Please notify StatikQuo as early as possible if you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment.

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.

If you cancel at short notice or fail to attend, a cancellation fee may be charged if the reserved appointment cannot be filled by another patient. The fee may be up to the agreed treatment fee for the reserved appointment; any costs saved will be taken into account.

A cancellation is considered timely when it is received by StatikQuo. You can cancel using the options provided in your appointment confirmation or, once available, through the digital assistant Kime.

As a rule, patient lateness does not extend the agreed treatment time. Treatment ends at the originally scheduled end time.

If StatikQuo needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, the patient will not incur any costs.

By ticking the relevant checkbox, the patient confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Cancellation Policy.

Data is processed in particular to provide and organise treatment, manage appointments, process billing, meet statutory documentation requirements and communicate with patients.

Where health data is processed, it is used only to the extent necessary for treatment and its documentation.

  • Kime/WhatsApp Communications Agreement v1.0

    Kime/WhatsApp Communication Agreement – StatikQuo

    Version 1.0 – as of 08.10.2026

StatikQuo offers patients the option of using the WhatsApp messaging service and the digital assistant Kime for administrative communication and appointment management.

Kime can assist with finding available appointments, booking, rescheduling and cancelling appointments, and answer administrative questions about existing appointments.

To provide these functions, the patient and appointment data required for this purpose may be processed, in particular name, telephone number, appointment status, appointment times and the master data required to organize appointments.

Kime can process and reply to messages automatically. If a request cannot be answered clearly or requires personal attention, the conversation may be referred to StatikQuo or an appropriate member of staff.

WhatsApp and Kime are not suitable for medical emergencies. In the event of acute medical symptoms or an emergency, please contact the appropriate emergency medical and rescue services.

As a rule, detailed medical findings or particularly sensitive health information should not be sent via WhatsApp unless this is necessary in the specific case and permitted under data protection law.

When using WhatsApp, data is also processed by the messaging service provider and, where applicable, other technical service providers. Further information about these providers and the processing of personal data can be found in the StatikQuo Privacy Information.

Use of WhatsApp and Kime is voluntary. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. Withdrawal will not affect treatment or the ability to arrange appointments by other means.

By ticking the corresponding checkbox, the patient consents to the described communication via WhatsApp and the digital assistant Kime.
